Ferries of the north channel
This is the 7:30 am ferry from
Cairnryan to Belfast. Getting on this involves setting your alarm for
4:00 am, and driving 100+ miles through a storm, before checking in 30
minutes before sailing.
It's the first time I've seen the new Stenaline port in daylight. Dull!

Eilidh Candlish conducts HMFY
Today was Olympic torch
day for Clackmannanshire. HMFY were organised to play at the civic
reception. So we were at the Town Hall by 7:30 (am). The bacon rolls
were lovely.
But something was missing.
