Happy Christmas 2010 (I bet your turkey is not as big as this one)

Well, we're nearly there. Presents are wrapped if not actually delivered.
Cards ARE in the post. Near crisis this morning when the lovely staff in the Tullibody postoffice admitted that they had run out of 2nd class stamps. RUN OUT?
No stamp deliveries for 3 weeks.

Did I want to buy first class? I would only buy a first class stamp if it had a reduced price sticker on it.
Extra pressure as they said Stirling had also run out of stamps.

I did not buckle.
I stood firm.
I drove to Perth.

So: compliments of the season to you all.
Put your feet up and enjoy yourself.
Merry Christmas from all of us!

How on earth can driving to Perth be cheaper than buying first class stamps?

Perth was alread planned, for a family present swap. (Many thanks to Mum (Granny) for agreeing to pay for the meal. What a shame that the sno meant that she couldn't be there.)
